Each order will be sent to you in Melanie Ostler branded packaging.

Returns and Exchanges

Please see T&Cs. For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless there is a clear manufacturing fault.

Shipping

Please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch of your order if an item is in stock. All items are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is tracked and insured and requires a signature upon arrival.

If you have an urgent delivery deadline, please make sure you contact enquiries@melanieostlerjewellery.com to check for availability before purchasing. It is important that the address supplied is accurate and please note that you are responsible for making arrangements for the receipt of the goods.
